Mark’s career path began at USM, where he majored in human biology and worked as a research lab member at the Wise Laboratory of Environmental and Genetic Toxicology. However, it was his transition to Psychology that laid the foundation for his expertise in working with intellectually disabled participants with autism/dual diagnoses.
Mark’s expertise lies in developing personalized care plans and providing ongoing support to help these participants thrive and reach their full potential. He leads our team in ensuring that the level of care we provide is of the highest standard.
Looking ahead, Mark has ambitious goals for the growth of ECR and the enhancement of training programs for our staff. He is dedicated to expanding the reach of our services and ensuring that our staff is equipped with the latest advancements in care and rehabilitation.
Mark’s unwavering commitment to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for individuals with autism/dual diagnoses has made him an invaluable asset. We are confident that with his leadership and expertise, we will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Kim’s unique combination of strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills have enabled her to excel in her role of Program Manager. Kim’s understanding of the importance of compassion, communication, and patience allows her to assist our members in creating a meaningful life while achieving their individual goals.
Kim has worked in the field for over 27 years, starting as a DSP and working her way up to Program Coordinator, Program Manager, Case Manager, and Quality Assurance Analyst, providing her with an invaluable wealth of knowledge in all aspects of residential services.
Liz is an experienced administrative support professional who brings energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role. With extensive experience in creating positive direction and driving projects toward their ultimate goals, Elizabeth ensures that our leadership team has the tools to provide safe, quality care.
Elizabeth began her career as a Direct Support Professional in 2016, where she provided direct care to members for many years. Wanting to grow her career but remain in the field, Liz took a position as an Administrative Assistant, most recently taking on the task of Quality Assurance.
With vast experience in working with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and assisting various team members, Godfrey’s uncanny ability to handle stressful and challenging situations with the utmost professionalism and grace makes him the best person to support our members and staff to reach their highest potential.
Godfrey has worked in direct care for nearly 14 years, starting as a DSP, eventually taking on the role of House Manager and most recently accepting a position as Senior House Manager where he can spread his expertise to all our programs, acting as a mentor for managers and members.
With a passion for fostering a positive work culture and facilitating employee development, Amy has developed a reputation for being an approachable and effective human resources manager. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, she has helped various organizations build their HR strategies, from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and retention.
Before taking on the HR role, Amy worked at a neighboring agency as the Senior Director of Residential Services, was a member of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee, and played a large role in the introduction and implementation of HCBS. Previously, she held positions as a DSP, Program Coordinator, Program Manager, and Regional Director.
